Pick up from your hotel and take a 2-hour bus to the Ollantaytambo train station (2,792 m/9,160 ft). From there, we’ll board our train to Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo (2,200 m/7,210 ft). From there, we’ll head to the bus station where we’ll wait in line for 30 minutes. Then, we’ll board the bus to Machu Picchu, which takes 30 minutes. Once there, we’ll go through the checkpoint and show our Machu Picchu ticket and passport. We will begin the tour with a explanation about the of Machupicchu history and then we will strated the walking tour the seeing cultivation terraces, ceremonial centers, main plaza and more. Tour takes about 2 to 2:30 hours after the tour you can go to Huayna Picchu Mountain (not included) take 2:30 to 3 hours the round trip. Then we will leave Machu Picchu and take the bus down back to the Aguas Calientes town where you will have a delicious lunch and then we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then we will take another transport towards Cusco City.
